Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • Garlic salt (to taste)
  • Onion powder (to taste)
  • Seasoned salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 lb pastrami thinly sliced
  • 1 c. sauerkraut
  • 8 slices Canadian Bacon
  • 8 slices swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
  • Lettuce

Instruction

  • Heat grill to medium-high. 
  • Divide hamburger in to eight equal balls. Flatten and season both sides.
  • Grill to desired doneness. Remove from heat.
  • Top with canadian bacon, pastrami, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. Finish off with lettuce if desired.
