Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 tsp green tea leaves (gunpowder)
- 5 tsp sugar
- 12-14 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 sprig of mint per glass to serve
Instruction
- Mix the tea and sugar.
- Crush the mint leaves in the water and bring to a boil. Pour the hot water over the tea and sugar and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Put a small sprig of mint in two glasses. Strain the tea into the glasses and drink while hot.
