Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 tsp green tea leaves (gunpowder)
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 12-14 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sprig of mint per glass to serve

Instruction

  • Mix the tea and sugar.
  • Crush the mint leaves in the water and bring to a boil. Pour the hot water over the tea and sugar and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Put a small sprig of mint in two glasses. Strain the tea into the glasses and drink while hot.
