Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • Moong Dal-1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate Seeds-1/4 cup
  • Onion-1
  • Carrot (grated-1)
  • Cucumber-1/2
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves-a few
  • Mint Leaves-a few
  • Chaat Masala-1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli Powder-1/4 tsp

Instruction

  • Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.
  • Deseed pomegranate seeds.Chop onion and cucumber and grate carrot.
  • Add salt,chaat masala and red chilli powder.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
