Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 9 ounce radishes (mooli) (250 g)
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
Instruction
- Discard 1/2-inch of the top and bottom of the radishes.
- Peel them using a vegetable peeler and rinse with water.
- Grate the radishes using the medium hole of a box grater.
- Mix the grated radishes with green chilies, salt, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Serve.
