Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 9 ounce radishes (mooli) (250 g)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)

Instruction

  • Discard 1/2-inch of the top and bottom of the radishes.
  • Peel them using a vegetable peeler and rinse with water.
  • Grate the radishes using the medium hole of a box grater.
  • Mix the grated radishes with green chilies, salt, lime juice, and cilantro.
  • Serve.
