Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 hamburger buns (or soft sandwich rolls)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices colby jack cheese ((OR 4 slices mild cheddar cheese and 4 slices mozzarella cheese))
  • 4-8 slices bacon (cooked to preferred crispiness)

Instruction

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Grill or cook in a skillet on the stove over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • When chicken is fully cooked, place cheese on top of chicken and allow to melt.
  • Assemble sandwiches by spreading about 1/4 cup bbq sauce on each bun bottom half, then topping with chicken and cheese, bacon, remanning toppings, and bun top half. Serve immediately.
