Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 8 thick slices of ham
- 16 slices of bread
- 1 stick of butter (slightly melted)
- 10 slices of American or Swiss Cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
Instruction
- Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Trim crust off the bread and butter each side.
- Place 8 slices of bread on the bottom of the baking dish. Then, add a layer of ham and cheese. Top with remaining buttered bread slices.
- Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper together.
- Pour over Monte Cristo Breakfast Bake and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Top Monte Cristo Breakfast Bake with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake for one hour.
