Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cloves
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin filling), 15 oz. can
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk, 12 oz. can
  • 1 - lightly beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dark molasses
  • 1 - deep dish 9" unbaked pie crust

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450. Mix pumpkin, molasses, evaporated milk, and brown sugar.
  • Add beaten egg.
  • Slowly add flour.
  • Add spices.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 450 and 40 minutes at 325.
  • Let cool.
