Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cloves
- 1 1/2 cup(s) pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin filling), 15 oz. can
- 1 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk, 12 oz. can
- 1 - lightly beaten egg
- 2 tablespoon(s) dark molasses
- 1 - deep dish 9" unbaked pie crust
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450. Mix pumpkin, molasses, evaporated milk, and brown sugar.
- Add beaten egg.
- Slowly add flour.
- Add spices.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 450 and 40 minutes at 325.
- Let cool.
