Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1/2 Tsp Basil
- 1/8 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 medium Red Potatoes (sliced 1/4 thick)
- 1 Yellow Onion (sliced and separated into rings)
- 2 Chicken Breasts
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix together the soup, mustard, chicken broth, garlic, basil and pepper. Pour into the slow cooker.
- Add potatoes and onions to the slow cooker and stir to coat them into the sauce.
- Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables. Cover & Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
