Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or oat bran
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instruction
- Combine the milk and oats, then let them sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl mix together the egg and oil.
- After the oats have soaked for at least 5 minutes, add the egg/oil mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Then add the wet mix to the dry mix, and stir until just combined.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup batter per pancake, onto a preheated medium heat griddle or skillet.
- Cook about 2-3 minutes on one side, until you see the bubbles popping, then flip.
