Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ or oat bran
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instruction

  • Combine the milk and oats, then let them sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the egg and oil.
  • After the oats have soaked for at least 5 minutes, add the egg/oil mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Then add the wet mix to the dry mix, and stir until just combined.
  • Scoop about 1/4 cup batter per pancake, onto a preheated medium heat griddle or skillet.
  • Cook about 2-3 minutes on one side, until you see the bubbles popping, then flip.
