Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 Cups Ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl sift to combine Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt.
  • In separate large bowl cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time and beat until incorporated.
  • In a bowl, mash bananas, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and yogurt. Add banana mixture to butter mixture and mix until combined. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir just to moisten.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then put on wire rack until cool.
