Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 Cups Ripe Bananas (mashed)
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl sift to combine Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt.
- In separate large bowl cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time and beat until incorporated.
- In a bowl, mash bananas, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and yogurt. Add banana mixture to butter mixture and mix until combined. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir just to moisten.
- Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then put on wire rack until cool.
