- 375 ml Everclear (191 proof) (grain alcohol)
- 1 cup light rum
- 1 batch simple syrup (recipe included)
- 3 limes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 bunch of mint (roughly chopped or broken into large chunks)
