Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 orange roughly chopped
  • 185g butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 2 tbs poppy seeds

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 170C.
  • Grease and line an 18 cm cake pan or a loaf tin.
  • Puree whole orange, peel on, in food processor
  • Add melted butter, eggs, sugar and mix well.
  • Add flour and poppy seeds and mix until well combined.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
