Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 orange roughly chopped
- 185g butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 2 tbs poppy seeds
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Grease and line an 18 cm cake pan or a loaf tin.
- Puree whole orange, peel on, in food processor
- Add melted butter, eggs, sugar and mix well.
- Add flour and poppy seeds and mix until well combined.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
