Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons garlic (- minced)
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (- defrosted)
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 20 pieces quail eggs (- boiled and peeled)

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat. 
  • Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, covered
  • Add the boiled quail eggs and pour in table cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
