Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Almonds
- 1 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups Peanuts
Instruction
- In a large bowl, add the nuts and mix them with a spatula.
- In a smaller bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend them using a spatula.
- Pour this mixture over the nuts and toss them well.
- Plug in your CrockPot and pour the tossed mixed nuts mixture inside and seal the lid well.
- Turn the CrockPot on High for 3 hours. Open the lid and toss the nuts every 45 minutes.
- When two hours have passed, turn the level to Low and continue roasting for the remaining hour.
- Check on your nuts at least 15 minutes before the three hours are done and you may find that your nuts are ready and golden.
- Spread the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet to dry out.
- Serve right away.
