Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 1 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups Peanuts

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, add the nuts and mix them with a spatula.
  • In a smaller bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend them using a spatula.
  • Pour this mixture over the nuts and toss them well.
  • Plug in your CrockPot and pour the tossed mixed nuts mixture inside and seal the lid well.
  • Turn the CrockPot on High for 3 hours. Open the lid and toss the nuts every 45 minutes.
  • When two hours have passed, turn the level to Low and continue roasting for the remaining hour.
  • Check on your nuts at least 15 minutes before the three hours are done and you may find that your nuts are ready and golden.
  • Spread the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet to dry out.
  • Serve right away.
