Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 large (200g) Onion, Sliced
  • 500g Mixed Mushrooms
  • 1 1/3 cup (330mL) Water
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Base
  • 3 medium (360g) Zucchini, Spiralised Into Noodles
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Sour Cream
  • 40g Feta Cheese, Crumbled

Instruction

  • Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and mushrooms, cook over low heat 5-8 minutes or until golden. Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to boil, stirring. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
  • Meanwhile, place zoodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 20-40 seconds. Drain well, arrange zoodles on serving platter.
  • Stir sour cream through mushroom mixture. Serve over cooked zoodles, top with feta.
