Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 20g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 large (200g) Onion, Sliced
- 500g Mixed Mushrooms
- 1 1/3 cup (330mL) Water
- 1 pkt MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Base
- 3 medium (360g) Zucchini, Spiralised Into Noodles
- 1/4 cup (60g) Sour Cream
- 40g Feta Cheese, Crumbled
Instruction
- Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and mushrooms, cook over low heat 5-8 minutes or until golden. Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to boil, stirring. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, place zoodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 20-40 seconds. Drain well, arrange zoodles on serving platter.
- Stir sour cream through mushroom mixture. Serve over cooked zoodles, top with feta.
