Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 cups mixed salad (e. g. frisée, radicchio, lettuce)
- 1 carrot
- 1 cooked Beet
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 generous pinch Mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Instruction
- Sort and wash the salad leaves and spin dry. Peel the carrot and cut into matchsticks. Slice the beetroot and arrange the beetroot slices on plates. Mix the salad leaves and carrot sticks. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, mustard and oil to make a dressing and toss the salad in the dressing. Serve the salad on plates with the beetroot.
