Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 slices bacon, (chopped)
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce, (chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato, (sliced & quartered)
  • ½ cucumber, (sliced & quartered)
  • 1 carrot, (grated)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, (grated)
  • ¼ red onion, (chopped)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, (chopped (or parsley))
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh chives, (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic, (minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk

Instruction

  • Blend dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Sauté bacon in a skillet until crispy. Pat down with a paper towel.
  • Combine salad ingredients together.
  • Gently drizzle dairy-free ranch dressing with salad.
