Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 slices bacon, (chopped)
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, (chopped)
- 1 medium tomato, (sliced & quartered)
- ½ cucumber, (sliced & quartered)
- 1 carrot, (grated)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, (grated)
- ¼ red onion, (chopped)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, (chopped (or parsley))
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh chives, (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic, (minced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp almond milk
Instruction
- Blend dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
- Sauté bacon in a skillet until crispy. Pat down with a paper towel.
- Combine salad ingredients together.
- Gently drizzle dairy-free ranch dressing with salad.
