Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups low fat milk OR low calorie orange juice
- 2 cups frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey
Instruction
- Pour the milk (or juice) in a blender. Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
