Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • chopped green onion
  • wakame or seaweed
  • several small pieces of tofu
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons white miso paste

Instruction

  • Simmer 1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion, 1/2 teaspoon wakame or seaweed, and several small pieces of tofu in 1 cup of water or vegetable broth. Dissolve 2 teaspoons miso in a small amount of water in a separate dish. Remove the broth from the heat, and add the miso to the broth. Do not boil miso. Sip the miso soup from a mug or a cup.
