Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 (6-8 oz ) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pound asparagus (, trimmed and peeled)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instruction
- In a bowl combine all ingredients for the marinade and whisk to combine. Add salmon and make sure all sides are coated in marinade. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
