Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 (6-8 oz ) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pound asparagus (, trimmed and peeled)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instruction

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients for the marinade and whisk to combine. Add salmon and make sure all sides are coated in marinade. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
