Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head broccoli (cut into florets, about 3 ½ to 4 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place the broccoli florets on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix oil, miso paste, and garlic powder. Using your hands, rub the miso mixture into the broccoli florets, and spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, or until broccoli start to brown and smell fragrant.
