Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour (or brown rice flour for gluten free)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth (*use a salty/flavourful broth)

Instruction

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil.
  • Then lower heat to medium to maintain a low boil and whisk often until thickened. Serve warm.
