The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 cups thinly sliced seeded cucumbers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium light miso
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 scallion (minced)
Instruction
- Mix together all Miso Gochujang Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Toss with cucumbers and serve.
