Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 cups thinly sliced seeded cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium light miso
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 scallion (minced)

Instruction

  • Mix together all Miso Gochujang Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Toss with cucumbers and serve.
