Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12oz (360gr) pork chops, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tbs miso
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbs tapioca
  • 4oz (120gr) noodles or long pasta

Instruction

  • Put the onion, celery, garlic, ginger, and pork in the slow cooker.
  • Mix chicken broth, miso, peanut butter, parsley, paprika, and tapioca.
  • Add to slow cooker, stir well, cover and cook, low heat, for 6 hours.
  • 20 minutes before serving heat water to boiling for noodles / pasta.
  • Cook according to package directions.
  • Drain, divide onto 2 plates.
  • Spoon pork and sauce over and serve.
