Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste (white type)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instruction

  • Cut the chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl. Toss with the chicken. Marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
  • Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto bamboo skewers. Grill for 10 minutes, rotate and grill for another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
