Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke quarters (drained well)
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews ((about 1.5 ounces))
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
  • salt and lemon juice (optional)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until completely smooth.
  • Taste and, if necessary, add salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Refrigerate and use within 2 weeks.
