Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 4 - 5 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on low, then turn to high until desired consistency has been reached.
