Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 medium cucumber, chopped
- 4 - 5 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 scoops vegan protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on low, then turn to high until desired consistency has been reached.
