The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- 13.5 ounces full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instruction
- Warm the almond milk in a saucepan.
- Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, maple syrup, and salt and simmer on low for a few minutes until chocolate melts and mixture becomes frothy.
- Mint Whipped Cream: Place coconut milk in the fridge overnight. You can scoop off the coconut cream off the top or use the whole can.* Mix coconut milk and peppermint extract in a blender or Nutribullet.
