Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves - rinsed
- 2-3 cups vodka
Instruction
- Remove mint leaves from stem & rise & shake off excess water
- Place in jar (I used 16 oz jar) & fill with vodka until all the leaves are covered
- Screw on lid tightly & mark the date on the jar
- (I just place a small piece of masking tape on the lid & write the date)
- Leave in the cabinet for 1 month - shake every few days while you wait
- Once it's done- strain out the leaves & discard
- Transfer extact to an easy pour bottle
