Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 cup Pudhina leaves (Mint)
  • 1.5 cup Kothimbir (Fresh coriander)
  • 1.5 inch ginger
  • 7-8 pods of Garlic peeled
  • 4-5 green chilli
  • 1 medium size lemon juice (acts as preservative also keeps green colour of chatani)
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Instruction

  • In a mixie jar grind all together with very little water. Less the water chatani spreads evenly.
