Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup Pudhina leaves (Mint)
- 1.5 cup Kothimbir (Fresh coriander)
- 1.5 inch ginger
- 7-8 pods of Garlic peeled
- 4-5 green chilli
- 1 medium size lemon juice (acts as preservative also keeps green colour of chatani)
- Salt and sugar to taste
Instruction
- In a mixie jar grind all together with very little water. Less the water chatani spreads evenly.
