Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Swerve powdered sugar sweetener
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 6 drops green food dye (optional for green color)
  • 3 tablespoons Lily's mini chocolate chips

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and Swerve sweetener.
  • Cream together and then add in the peppermint extract and cream.
  • Beat until nice and fluffy.
  • Add your color drops now if using. Then fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Spoon into molds and add your popsicle sticks.
  • Place into freeze for 6-12 hours.
