Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Swerve powdered sugar sweetener
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 6 drops green food dye (optional for green color)
- 3 tablespoons Lily's mini chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and Swerve sweetener.
- Cream together and then add in the peppermint extract and cream.
- Beat until nice and fluffy.
- Add your color drops now if using. Then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon into molds and add your popsicle sticks.
- Place into freeze for 6-12 hours.
