The following ingredients have 16 Servings

  • 1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 6 tbsp butter (softened)

  • 2 large eggs (room temperature (or 3 egg whites, if trying to use them up!))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp vodka (optional, helps reduce iciness)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable glycerin (optional, helps keep it soft in the freezer)
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia extract
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or Homemade Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
