Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 9 ounce package Delightfulls Dark Chocolate Morsels with mint filling
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10-12 drops green food coloring

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the butter and sugar together until a smooth consistency.  Beat in the eggs and vanilla.  In a bowl combine baking soda, salt and flour.  Slowly incorporate it into the wet mixture.  Beat until all flour is mixed in.  Add mint chocolate morsels, chocolate chips and food coloring.  Beat or stir until well mixed. Place spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto parchment paper 2 inches apart and bake for 9-10 minutes.  Remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes before setting on a wire rack. Tip: Add more green food coloring to make them a true green or you can leave the food coloring out.
