Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- green sprinkles
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a muffin pan with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
- Add in eggs, vegetable oil, milk and mint extract. Whisk until smooth. Divide the brownie batter between the prepared cupcake liners. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with green sprinkles.
