Ingredients
The following ingredients have 36 Servings
- 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/3 C Red Onion (minced)
- 1/3 C Fresh Cilantro (minced)
- 1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix by hand until thoroughly combined.
- Using roughly 2 teaspoons of the mixture, roll into small balls until all the mixture has been used.
- In a large, high-sided skillet, heat around 2 inches of oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs, working in batches, frying until cooked through, turning occasionally, around 10 minutes.
- Remove cooked meatballs and place on a paper towel to drain. Skewer with toothpicks and serve with a dipping sauce of choice on the side.
