  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ c cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces sushi grade tuna
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
  • 1 scallion, light green and dark green parts only, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 6 sheets of roasted seaweed (nori)
