Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g Chicken breast mince
- 2 individual Green shallot(s) finely chopped
- 0.25 cup(s) Fresh coriander finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbs Lime juice
- 2 tbs Sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tsp Fish sauce
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 x 3 second spray(s) Oil spray
Instruction
- Place mince, shallot, coriander and lemon zest in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until combined. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls and flatten slightly to form 20 small patties.
- To make dipping sauce, combine lime juice, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
- Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook patties, in batches, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.
