Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1 ½ lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 12 mini flour tortillas
- ¾ c mozzarella cheese
- Salsa and other sides to serve
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay down the tortillas so they are barely touching, and sprinkle 2 Tbsp of cheese onto the center of each. Divide the steak onto the tacos and place in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the steak is warm and the cheese is melted—don’t bake them too long or the tortillas will dry out.
- Remove from the oven, fold in half, and serve hot with salsa, beans, and rice!
