Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14 ozs Ground Beef (80% lean)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 tomatoes (sliced)
- 4 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
- 1 handful Cress (or arugula)
- 12 mini Hamburger bun
Instruction
- Mix the beef with salt and ground black pepper and shape into 12 small burgers.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the hamburgers on both sides for 3-4 minutes, only turning once.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half horizontally and spread some ketchup on the bottom half. Place a hamburger on the lower half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato and some cress. Finish with the top half of the bun and secure with a toothpick.
