Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 125 g bacon rashers chopped
  • 3 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 pinch fresh mixed herbs *to decorate

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly grease 18 patty cake pans.
  • Cut pastry using a 7 cm cutter. Place pastry into bases of patty cake pans.
  • Fill each with a little bacon and cheese.
  • Combine milk, eggs and herbs. Pour mixture into the cases.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
