The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 18 Oreo cookies (divided)
Instruction
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
- Place 6 Oreos in a ziploc bag, seal, and crush cookies.
- Gently stir crushed Oreos into batter.
- Line each muffin cup with a paper cupcake liner.
- Place one whole Oreo cookie into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Top Oreos evenly with cheesecake filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until cheesecakes are set in the middle.
- Cool completely before serving.
