Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 18 Oreo cookies (divided)

Instruction

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Place 6 Oreos in a ziploc bag, seal, and crush cookies.
  • Gently stir crushed Oreos into batter.
  • Line each muffin cup with a paper cupcake liner.
  • Place one whole Oreo cookie into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  • Top Oreos evenly with cheesecake filling.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until cheesecakes are set in the middle.
  • Cool completely before serving.
