Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2 Slices of Gluten-Free (Vegan) Cinnamon Raisin Bread*
  • 1 Flax Egg (1 TB Milled Flax Seed + 3 TB Flax Milk or Water)
  • 1 TB Unsweetened Flax Milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 TB Raisins
  • Maple Syrup (topping)

Instruction

  • Prepare the flax egg and allow it to sit.
  • Cut up your bread into cubes (stale bread is best, or you can lightly toast it if you have time).
  • Add the cubes to a ramekin or wide mug, pour in the flax egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins.
  • Give everything a mix and allow the bread to soak in the goodness for a minute of two.
  • Then microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Top with anything your French heart desires!
