Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cut each of the 8 biscuits into eighths and place in a mixing bowl.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together meted butter, parmesan, garlic, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley. Add the butter mixture to the biscuit pieces- reserve a few tablespoons to brush on top after baking. Gently stir till evenly coated.
  • Arrange 5-6 pieces into each muffin cup.
  • Place into oven and bake about 8 minutes- the tops should be golden brown. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve.
