The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 3 tbsp Dutch Process cocoa powder (See Notes 2 and 3)
- 1 tsp baking soda/bicarbonate of soda (See Note 4)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (See Note 5)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (240 g) full fat sour cream
- 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate -70 % cocoa solids - broken/cut into even pieces
- 1 cup 250 ml whipping/thickened cream - 35% milk fat
- 125 g (4.5 oz) Cadbury Mini Eggs - to decorate, or decorations of your choice
