Ingredients

The following ingredients have 36 Servings
  • 1 box Honey Corn Bread Mix (I used Krusteaz Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix)
  • 6 All Beef Hotdogs (4 Jumbo or 6 Regular)

Instruction

  • Mix the cornbread mix according to instructions on box
  • Dice hotdogs into little pieces
  • Mix the hotdog pieces into the cornbread mixture
  • Scoop into a well greased mini muffin tin - fill about 3/4 full
  • Bake according to instructions on box (mine said 400 for 13 minutes and they were perfect!
  • Let cool - use a knife to loosen the edges and they should pop right out!
