Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 8.5 oz. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 5 hot dogs (cut into fifths )
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
- Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin very generously with nonstick baking spray.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the milk and eggs that are required by the Jiffy box. Mix in the additional honey until combined.
- Add 2/3 of batter to each muffin tin well followed by a fifth of a hot dog (about 1 inch long).
- Bake for 8-12 minutes. Oven vary but these will be firm to the touch and golden brown when done.
- Allow them to cool for 12 minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Use a plastic knife to gently run along the edges if any mini muffins feel snug.
- Enjoy with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
