Ingredients

The following ingredients have 80 Servings
  • 2 Cups White Flour ((9 Ounces))
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar ((7 Ounces))
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • Zest of 1/2 an Orange
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini loaf tin with vegetable oil.
  • In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and orange zest until well combined.
  • Crack the eggs into the measuring cup with the milk. Beat them with a fork. Add the egg/milk mixture, orange juice, oil, vanilla and orange extracts into the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spoon just until the flour is moistened. Add in 1/2 Cup chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter between 8 mini loaf pans. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 28-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the loaves comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to a cooking rack.
