  • 2 8 oz. balls fresh mozzarella (cut into thin slices)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup warm water (temperature should be between 95 and 110 degrees)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
