Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground beef, chicken, or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 12 packs street taco tortillas (24 tortillas total)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- Toppings of choice: lettuce, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, etc.
Instruction
- In a skillet over medium heat add the ground beef, chicken, or turkey. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the taco seasoning according to the packet directions.
- Line two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper. Place 6 tortillas flat on each sheet. Mix together the olive oil and chili powder and brush this mixture lightly over each tortilla, then flip each tortilla over so the oiled side is facing down.
- Sprinkle some cheese on each tortilla, spoon the taco meat on each one, then top with more cheese. Place another tortilla over each and brush the top with remaining olive oil.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with toppings of choice.
