Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup finely chopped apples, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1 package frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon cold butter

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine apple, cranberries, and lemon curd. Spoon into tart shells.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Spoon over apple mixture.
  • Place filled tarts on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
